Its high ceilings and large windows made it feel spacious and airy, and the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling added to its grandeur. The room has hosted many important events over the years, including the wedding of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s daughter in 1938.

The State Dining Room was another highlight of the tour. It is used for official dinners and receptions, and it features a beautiful crystal chandelier and portraits of former US Presidents. The room has hosted many important guests over the years, including Queen Elizabeth II and Nelson Mandela.
